January Sale – Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to The Wave January Sale promotion.

1. The ‘promoter’ of the January Sale is Surf Bristol Limited, company number 07684630, with registered office One Glass Wharf, Bristol, United Kingdom BS2 0ZX referred to as ‘The Wave’.

2.The “Promotion Period” runs from 26th December 2024 to 31st January 2025.

This promotion applies to:

  • all lake sessions and lessons scheduled between 1st April 2025, and 31st August 2025, provided they are purchased during the Promotion Period, and
  • January sale vouchers purchased during the Promotional Period.

3. To participate in the promotion, by booking a lake session or lesson, simply purchase a ticket for a lake session or lesson scheduled between 1st April 2025 and 31st August 2025 in the usual way. During the promotion period, the following discounted prices will apply:

  • All beginner lessons: Child £35, Adult £45
  • All other sessions and lessons: Child £39, Adult £49

4. To participate in the promotion by purchasing a January Sale Voucher, you must purchase one of the following January Sale Vouchers during the Promotion Period. The vouchers can be redeemed against the following sessions:

  • Adult Reef Voucher – £49. Can be redeemed against: Reef Waikiki Session, Waikiki Lesson, Intermediate Session, Intermediate Lesson, Advanced Session, Advanced Coaching, Expert Turns, Expert Barrels
  • Child Reef Voucher – £39. Can be redeemed against: Reef Waikiki Session, Waikiki Lesson, Intermediate Session, Intermediate Lesson, Advanced Session, Advanced Coaching, Expert Turns, Expert Barrels
  • Adult Beginner Bay Voucher – £45. Can be redeemed against: Beginner Lesson, Adult Only Beginner Lesson, Beginner Session
  • Child Beginner Bay Voucher – £35. Can be redeemed against: Beginner Lesson, Little Rippers, Beginner Session

Bookings for surf sessions using the vouchers must be made by 31st December 2025. All booked sessions must take place before 31st December 2025. January Sale Vouchers cannot be used to book any session that is scheduled to take place after 31st December 2025.

5. No cash alternative is available, and this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.

6. The opening date for the promotion is 00:01 on 26th December 2024. The closing date of the promotion is 00:00 on 31st January 2025. All purchases made outside this time-period will not qualify.

7. The Wave General Terms and Conditions for Promotions and Discounts and The Wave Terms and Conditions of Booking and Entry apply to your purchase, except as amended by these January Sale Terms and Conditions.

8. If you need to modify or cancel your booking, Paragraph 3 (Cancellations and Refunds) of The Wave Terms and Conditions of Booking and Entry shall apply. If you reschedule your booking to a different date but for the same type of lake session (e.g. beginner lesson), no additional charges will apply. However, if you change your booking to a different date and a different type of session (e.g., from a beginner lesson to an advanced session), you will be required to pay the price difference.
